  • Get 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily. Sometimes there is a hormone imbalance due to insomnia.
  • Drink enough water and do not let the body lack water.
  • Avoid the intake of tea, coffee, alcohol.

Calcium deficiency

Lack of calcium in the body is not good for men.   • Drink more of wheat, millet and ragi
  • If possible, make a habit of eating coconut jaggery, sweet potato (yam).
  • Increase your intake of dairy products.

  • Dry grapes, almonds, pistachios, walnuts and watermelons are also beneficial in giving you calcium.
